There is so much information and so many questions. “Whats the difference between Bourbon and Scotch?” “Is there a difference between Chardonnay and White Bourgogne?” Let me be your guide through this fascinating world. (maximum 30 people)
Liquor Classes
I have prepared classes on Bourbon, Scotch, Rum, Tequila, Beer. I’m also happy to create a class for a spirit of your choice. Classes include a maximum of 5 tastings per person. You may also choose to include a cocktail making element with the spirit of your choice.
Cocktail Making
Single spirits not your style? Well roll up your sleeves and lets craft some cocktails from the classic repertoire. Learn to make Martinis, or an Old Fashioned. Let’s build a program that is sure to be a blast for you and your friends.

Lets get down to basics where we cover an introduction to wine making, tasting as well as an introduction to the major wine regions of the world.

In Home Wine Dinners
Imagine a night with 5-7 of your closest friends. Amaze them with a 3 or 5 course meal that has been expertly prepared by me, you or catered in your home complete with cocktails and/or wine pairings that compliment each course. We carefully select a menu that suits you and your guests needs and I will present each course and explain the pairings. (maximum 8 people, pricing varies depending on menu)
Winemaker Dinners and Events
Most winemakers only distribute a few of their wines to the general public. Some producers don’t distribute at all making it difficult to get their fantastic wines unless you visit them at the winery. I have built relationships with some of these winemakers throughout the United States and the World. They would be pleased to bring their entire line into your home or private club allowing you to sample and purchase these wines directly from the producer. (subject to US availability, minimum purchase required)
Collection Advice
We’ve all been there. Standing in the aisle at the liquor store, staring blankly at the bottles on the shelves, no idea what to buy. Let me help! I have traveled the world, and visited the wineries and distilleries. I can provide you with the connections to start building the collection of your dreams. After a private consultation and tasting, I will provide you with recommendations as well as the network to acquire them.

I will handle all of the details, use my network to get you into the best wineries and distilleries of the region. Meet the wine makers, vineyard owners and distillery staff.
